Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (custom orders may require additional time).
  • Shipping is available within the U.S. (No international shipping available at this time).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Custom Orders

  • We specialize in custom laser engraving and acrylic/leatherette hat patches.
  • All custom orders require approval of the final design before production.
  • Once approved, custom orders are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we will work on a resolution.
  • We DO NOT accept returns on personalized/custom items unless there is an error on our part.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Custom orders may be canceled within the same business day the order was paid for. 
  • Custom orders may be modified in the deign stage ONLY.
  • If production has started, and you need to make a change, you will be billed for the cost of materials used for the initial production being started as well as a $25 redesign fee.
