Shipping is available within the U.S. (No international shipping available at this time).
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Custom Orders
We specialize in custom laser engraving and acrylic/leatherette hat patches.
All custom orders require approval of the final design before production.
Once approved, custom orders are non-refundable.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL,unless an item arrives damagedor defective.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we will work on a resolution.
We DO NOT accept returns on personalized/custom items unless there is an error on our part.
Cancellations & Changes
Custom orders may be canceled within the same business day the order was paid for.
Custom orders may be modified in the deign stage ONLY.
If production has started, and you need to make a change, you will be billed for the cost of materials used for the initial production being started as well as a $25 redesign fee.
